As of 7/28/11, RE:FUEL Memphis is officially operating as a 501(c)(3) corporation.
RE:FUEL Memphis is focused on helping boys and men be radically committed to Jesus. Regardless of background, lifestyle, and current circumstances, we want RE:FUEL to be a source of encouragement and inspiration for males seeking to be filled with the fullness of God. RE:FUEL is a groundswell of individual men and women who have come together with simple intentions — lead and organize quality events that glorify God and provide fuel for the entire Christian journey for males.
By design, RE:FUEL is led by volunteers with unique spiritual, professional and family backgrounds. RE:FUEL will never replace the purpose and/or functions of God’s work through the local Church but will serve as a complimentary discipleship outlet to conventional faith development efforts for all seekers and believers.
SHIFT901 is a relatively new element to our ministry. SHIFT901 is a one-of-a-kind communication portal for all things male. Today, technology is being used to distract and destroy males. We want to leverage technology to proactively help or engage boys and men on this journey. SHIFT901 will be launched on 9/24/15.
The foundation of RE:FUEL is focused on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. During our annual conferences, we will use traditional and contemporary methods to help boys and men grow on this spiritual journey. RE:FUEL Leadership will guide and develop this effort based on the wisdom, understanding, discernment and inspiration of God’s word and His Holy Spirit. Therefore, RE:FUEL will not promote institutional recruiting, denominational opinions/theories/philosophies or be subject to specific denominational creeds.
